All artwork is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow 2–5 business days for your piece to be prepared and packed before it ships.

 

Processing time: Original artwork is packed with care, including rigid backing, corner protectors, and appropriate padding for the medium. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

 

Domestic shipping (U.S.): Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the piece. You'll see the exact rate at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

Local pickup / local delivery: If you're located in the Northern Virginia area, local pickup or delivery may be available at no charge — please contact me before checkout to arrange this.

 

Tracking & insurance: Every shipment includes tracking, and all original artwork is insured for its full purchase value during transit.

 

International shipping: Please contact me before placing an order if you're outside the United States, so we can arrange accurate shipping and confirm any customs requirements.

 

Damaged in transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. See the Return Policy below for next steps.

Because each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work, **all sales are final.** I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Damaged artwork: If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at PWhittleArt@gmail.com with photos of both the artwork and the packaging it arrived in. Once the damage is verified, I will work with you on a replacement (if possible) or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

 

Misrepresented items: If the artwork you receive is significantly different from its description or photos on the listing, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and I'll make it right.
